Demand for cruise holidays rises
The number of cruise ships that have set anchor at the Chan May port since January 1 has surged 50% on-year, according to the Thua Thien-Hue Provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
Director Phan Tien Dung added that they carried nearly 70,000 passengers. On February 25 alone, a cruise ship carrying nearly 700 holidaymakers from the US, Canada, UK, and Turkey, docked at the port.
